My food had soggy rolls. When my wife and I picked up our cheese steaks they immediately fell apart. The fries, my kids couldn't... eat because they were so hard. The cheese burgers didn't even have a bun they were made with hoagie rolls. I called back torestaurant and no one could help when I asked for owner. Guess it's time to take my business else where. I even took pictures ofmy food for proof. 12/1/22 I just stopped by the restaurant today and spoke to the owner and he wasn't trying to accommodate thefood that was messed up. So I told him that he lost my business and I will let others know how this place is. He told me that"if I come back to the restaurant he would spit in my food". Read more
I picked up a sandwich 45 min ago. Saddest sandwich I've ever had. 3 pieces of meat, brown soggy lettuce, and even less tomato.... I had to go hunting to find it. Read more
Thought Service improved, but not too sure of it. Love their sandwiches. I use to love their fries, but they changed something... and they aren't as good anymore. Something happened to this location recently and it's quality dropped dramatically. Half the sides aren't available and orders... are sometimes right, sometimes wrong. Used to be a family favorite. Read more
What happened? I remember vs used to be a really nice place to get quality sandwiches. Now....... go in for steak special, not... so dry as a bone has to get extra sauce. They forgot the cheese steak special also dry, and they charge extra for hot peppers???Really, only reason why they got two stars is because my sausage sandwich was good. The service was lacking to say the least, the food was not what we ordered and had to send it back, the kids working the counter... rushed us to order so they could leave for the day. I've eaten at multiple locations and this is the only one I can complainabout. The portions are half of what you get at any other location and the survicesucked. Won't ever go back. Read more
This was the first hoagie I got in Berks County when I moved to that area. I had a meatball sub on hard roll and helped with a... turkey sub with lettuce and mayo on a hard roll. Rolls were very good and Turkey was a nice thick cut. I also had corn nuggetsthat once common place are now hard to find. The staff was welcoming and food came out quickly. Large eat in area and familyfriendly. The pizza is a good price and re heats well. Establishment was clean and I would recommend for a good sub at a goodprice. Read more
This was my first time going to this V and S location. I ordered a small cheesesteak and fries. The bun was chewy and very... little meat and the fries definitely looked like they were made earlier and rewarmed back up. Will not go back. Way over pricedfor the quality. Read more
