If I could give this wendys a 0 star I would. They delivered us the most disgusting food I've ever had and somehow made our coca... colas taste like sewage water? They don't pick up the phone. I went to this Wendy's on Wednesday about 6:30 pm. The computer was having a problem, so I was told they had to reboot it,... which took a while. While I was waiting, I took notice that NOT ONE employee that was making the food, wore gloves! I left therestaurant and will never go back. If I could give zero stars, I would. Read more
The service was ok, The young lady who took my order was polite and pleasant.... But the burgers were served cold... Had to ask... three times to have a hot burger and all three times they we're served cold The Wendy Manger told me that's the cheese burgers were cooked straight out the grill And they were still cold What a waste of money....spent over 35 dallors ... spend your moneysomewhere else..... Got to the speaker only to hear ?hold up? after 5 min the girl says go head. I was confused as if she was speaking to someone... inside and then she loudly said ?hello go head? ?after ordering she didn?t say not one word and rolled her eyes when I asked fora carrier. I would love to see the owners of Wendy?s work as hard as their staff! I was there today and the staff was very nice and doing... their best but the stress and frustration of their work environment showed. Thank you to the workers at Wendy?s today! Every time I go there, service is slow and my order is wrong. Not every other time. Literally every time. I don't even eat there... myself and usually buy for my family and it is disappointing to always have to wait so long just to get the wrong order, just towait forever for them to correct it. Two enthusiastic thumbs down for this location every time for the past four years I've beenin this area and have been here. If you plan on spending a fortune anyway, go somewhere else. Absolutely terrible. Fries were old and overcooked. Grilled chicken sandwich was dry and old, like it was cooked a week ago. No... one working was wearing any hairnets or hats except the cashier who was wearing a hat. No gloves were being worn. Floors werevery greasy and slippery. Went there yesterday. Went threw drive threw. Got food, parked in parking lot, cause lobby was not open. Opened bag, fries were... cold, burger was cold, and wrong burger. Went to window and manager came out. She got extreme attitude, and literally ripped bagout of our hands. Got us replacement..fries were cold burger was cold. Service and food was horrible. Read more
