App did not work, Had to call, wife's pizza did not have garlic butter on crust, and was dry, my pizza was good
New pizza in town ???? usually really good. Last couple of times the pan pizza and cheese bread have been undercooked, called... and spoke with employee she told me it was the new type of cheese. Told her no that it us under cooked she still disagreed withme and nothing was done. The second time the cheesy bread was cooked fine on the ends but was under cooked in the middle. Calledagain spoke with manager discussed the issue gave me store credit for my order. Discussed oven temp might be the issue. Read more
If I could I'd give them a negative 1.... 3 times the call center has messed up my order & apparently noone has the proper... training on how to add toppings to an oven baked sandwich. Done giving this company chances. Read more
Just got off phone with them. And was informed that they falsify the tracking info. My order stated it had been out of the oven... for more then 33min. And was told my order will be hot since they wait for a driver to either get back or on their way back toorders in the oven.. so if they can lie about that to us what else are they lying about. This store is just one more in a string of really bad domino's franchise stores. We can start with the sparse toppings and... greasy sandwiches, and follow it up with 2 hours wait times and delivery drivers that couldn't find their own house using googlemaps. This isn't just the fact that the store just opened and they are slammed either. This has to do with the fact that thehigher ups cant find managers that know how to get the work done, employees that get triggered if someone asks them to do theirjob instead of standing around looking stupid, and when they do find managers that get the job done they are quickly railroadedby fellow employees that are intimidated by go-getters and just want to do the minimum to collect their check (Vanessa I'mtalking about you...). I personally refuse to support a business that caters to Karens, employs overly sensitive snowflakes, andlets people who work hard and get the job done go without warning right before Christmas. Speak with your dollars people. Thereare 23 restaurants in Sinton. Please, find somewhere else to eat. Read more
