Staff is horrible. Manager did nothing to help or rectify the problem. Sandwiches are never made correctly. Veggies were wilted... and old. Tasted horrible. Couldn't even finish my sandwiches. Read more
Giving it 2 stars because I placed an online order. Said it was going to be about 15 minutes. I go pick it up and its not... ready. According to the employees, the manager said that they need to make orders that are taking place inside the restaurantfirst. So I had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for my order. Its as if online orders are not as important. I had already paidfor my food online. The 2 employees were nice though and let them know that I understood that they are just following themanager's order. If I knew that's how they treat online orders them I would just stand in line (which I had to do anyway) andwait... It defeats the purpose of online ordering. Read more
One downfall of this Subway is the constant rotation of new employees. However, even with having to be patient with an employee... who is learning, there is usually someone there who knows what they're doing. We come here for lunch every Sunday and Lexialways makes sure things are right for us. Food is as fresh as you can get from a Subway. Store is always clean and they rarelyrun out of anything. You can trust to have a good experience most any time you visit here, as long as you have a little patienceand aren't in a rush (or watch what's being made and learn to speak up). Read more
To anyone in law enforcement don?t ever do an online order at this place or make sure you use a fake name when ordering... online. Ordered 4 sandwiches and all 4 were purposefully wrong. Later found out who was working and it was done on purpose. All4 sandwiches had only meat, 3 cucumber slices and mayo. Since this order was for my children I threw the food away to besafe. We will no longer be going to this Subway. Read more
