Came about 6pm. There were a FEW cars in the drive thru line. We were the ONLY people in the lobby when we arrived, and until we... got our food. There were 3 people working inside. One for drive thru, one cook, one up front taking orders. We had a family offive and even during our first item or two, the cashier continued to ask "is that all?" We finally had to tell him no, that wewere ordering for everyone and he still continued to do it even after we said "We will tell you when we are done." Food didn'ttake too long to receive even though there was limited staff. Once we got our food though, I went to the front counter to askfor sauces. It took over 5 mins and the drive thru staff walked past me multiple times (5 or more) and we still had to get theirattention. At one point of my waiting to even be acknowledged, the cook came to the front as his friends had arrived. He tooktheir order and chatted with them, then walked past me again to go to the back to stand around. I can be patient if needed butthe fact that no one was acknowledging me while making sure their buddies were able to order while I stood 2 feet away isridiculous. The interior was nice enough, updated like all of them have been but we will make sure to not return while in thearea again. We will give our business to Culver's or literally any other fast food/restaurant in Sioux Center. Read more

Service was bad, gave our food to the wrong table before bringing it to us. Would have preferred to get it from the counter.... Took almost 30 minutes to get our food when there was only one other table. The only good thing here was the food. Read more
Go back to your big chicken fillet sandwich and not copy McDonald's and their damn pickles. Actually wanted a grill ed chicken... club but they're out of grilled chicken. Had to wait for my hand breaded chicken sandwich and it was not even hot when I got it Read more

Hate is too strong of a word....food was good. Service was just bad and slow. Our food came 45 min after we ordered it. We... actually talked to other people waiting there that night. Quite a few people came in from from the drive thru to wait for theirorders. We did ask a server what was going on and she said that a big order of 10 to 12 big roast beef sandwiches came in andthats why they were behind. I find that a little hard to believe, my family really likes Hardee's..... it will be awhile beforewe stop at this one again Read more
