Service was terribly slow. The workers were on their phones and horsing around instead of making sandwiches. My son got a ham... and cheese and they didn't even put the meat and cheese on the sandwich. He got just bread! The worst service ever! Read more

Was SOOOOOO excited for JJs to open here in Sheldon. Then came my 1st order...UGH!!! My order was a call in order for 3... sandwiches and it was delivered with errors for 2 of the 3. Knowing they were only open for 2 days and busy I just wanted toshare my 1st order experience with the MNGR-Houston so I called a couple days later to let the MNGR-Houston-know of the errors,hoping maybe to help them in the future...but what I got was not even close to even an apology but got an attitude from Houstonstating..... "Well we have probably served 2,000 people and YOU are the ONLY complaint we have gotten. THXS HOUSTON..for makingME..the paying client who got 2 of 3 sandwiched INCORRECT...feel as though you could of cared less that I paid for an incorrectorder and that my call and opinion to you was also UN-IMPORTANT. Jimmy John?s and this specific location has saved my hunger needs more than multiple times. I not only have nothing but... wonderful experiences with their delivery drivers but the food is always even better than my expectation. Grateful for them inthe community.. We love the food but we have had mistakes and overlooking with nearly every order we make. It's just a matter of not paying... attention to the order, from little things like "cut in half" (I don't know why I even request that anymore because they almostnever do it), to forgetting items. Tonight I went back because they forgot to put the cookie in my order...I physically got inmy car, drove back to the store, and brought it to their attention and didnt receive so much as a "sorry." I've worked inretail for a lot of years and I'm just used to if a mistake is made, even little ones, you at the very least apologize and makeup for it somehow. Subs are really good. Staff getting a bit speedier with orders. Please pay attention to order details, there have been multiple... orders I have paid extra for bacon and Avacado only to find none on the sandwich which has been disappointing. Read more
I'm going to Karen out Sorry! ???? When you order a sandwich and ask to remove one of there standard condiments. Why is it so... hard to get right. I just made your job easier!! One step less for you to do. I repeatedly informed them that I didn't want iton my sandwich. But guess what I got on my sandwich!!! Ding ding ding the for said product that I didn't want on my sandwich.Even though I repeatedly told them that's not what I wanted.
