Was in the sioux center subway last night and had bad service. The young man that was working was using obscene language and... throwing things. Threatened to walk out in the middle of making a sandwich. Was closed before 10. Very rude person. Read more
The last few times we have been in, the service is not great. Today we had a young man that had no personality, the girl working... was fine. We stood there for quite a while and no one came to help us. Finally we opened and closed the door several times tomake the bell ring so someone would come. The girl was in the restroom and the young man came from the back. She made oursandwiches, but he was slow putting toppings on and taking our money and again, not a smile or anything. Been sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes. No sign that they even know I am here. Had to go inside to find out only one... person working. Waited another 15 minutes. No real apology or care. Just won't be returning here. Read more
I am changing my previously 5 star review...have had several instances of less than great service here and last night took the... cake. First I tried going through the drive through, at 6:30pm, and it wasn't working. So I parked and walked inside. Thetables had trash all over them, there wasnt an employee in sight, and the food making line had junk all over it and lookedawful. I could hear employees socializing in the back, as I stood there for a couple minutes. As I was in a bit of a hurry Igave up waiting and walked over to the Godfathers and picked up a personal pizza instead. We've had other experiences ofcareless mistakes in not only the sandwich making, but also getting TRIPLE charged for things...I wish I had better reviews butit has seemed to go downhill quite a bit recently. Workers are unsanitary and rude. Did not change gloves when they went between handeling money and making food and wiped sweat... from face and continued to make food. Gross. Terrible customer service. Didn?t carry enough tuna for a foot long sand which,didn?t have gluten free bread even though their website says they do, and placed bread on dirty gloves. Did not smile. Notwelcoming. And the chicken and eggs were cold by the time we sat down. Read more
Went through the drive thru and did not receive all of my order. Opened up our bag to get our food and my sandwich was not... wrapped and crumpled into the bag. The other sandwich was put together on broken bread and was very poorly made. The workersneed to pay more attention to the orders and make sure they are sending out quality especially for the price you pay there. Willnot go back or recommend to anyone in the future. Read more
Very rude employee! Didn't greet me, i ordered 3 sandwiches she was throwing everything on the last one, she shoved it in the... oven. At the end she didnt even ask if i wanted my receipt she just threw it in the trash. Didn't say have a nice night,nothing! Horrible customer service! Never again!
