Foods fine, service is god awful. We got delivery and got the wrong person's food, so we had to drive back to get new food, but... no compensation for our time and gas. Many bad experiences with this place. Used to be great decades ago. No longer true. Read more

Sat for 10-15 minutes and weren?t even acknowledged after several servers walked past our booth. People that came in after us... were acknowledged right away. Not sure why we were ignored but we can always take our business elsewhere and will make sure tolet everyone know about our experience. We ended up walking out and still weren?t acknowledged on our way out. Read more

It is always very good. We went on Wednesday, and they have a special price on wings. 80 cents per wing! They were awesome, and... the pizza had so many toppings. Great food and service. Read more
Normally is good service but Sarah did a horrible job today. It's 3pm almost empty restaurant. Didn't bother asking of needed... anything for a while, I had to ask for refills on drinks and ect. Bragged how good of waitress she was at Hardrock. I highlydoubt that based on the service today. Read more
