They claimed the long wait time was due to short staffing, but they had 5-6 employees and not very many customers. Many... restaurants do better with 2 people than you can do with 6. Absolute trash service. Read more

Wait 20 min in line order 3 meals. One kids meal and two adult meals with onion rings. Get all the way home missing one sandwich... and I get one fry and one onion ring but no sandwich. It would have been fine if I didn?t sit there for 20 minutes. It literallytook 5 minutes to get acknowledged at the actual speaker. Never again Read more
One of the ladies there, (probably not more than 19 I don't know) and a couple other younger workers were just standing around... talking. I waited 9 minutes for my kids to get hard carpet like nuggets and fries. Very bland blank stares with the girl handingout drinks and then to huff and puff as I counted the exact change. It's fresh, decent, fast food; it's got tables that are mostly clean. What can I say other than it's not McDonald's, it's Burger... King. Read more
Kios is not faster than ordering up front. They have no dress code. No uniform. Alot of workers aren't so friendly.
