They are always prompt and kind when we go there or have it delivered.
Expensive & lots of mistakes on orders. Petty little things like sauce we pay for in the past wasn't provided then we went back... in & had to pay for them again because "they were not rung up" Ordered a 8 piece boneless chicken wings & there were only 5 inthe box. (Cheese on pizza was only in the middle.) Took chicken back in & had to wait for them to cook 3 and add it to theoriginal box. The opposite of convenience. Especially when my orders are $70 at minimum. They could do a better job. Read more
75 bucks later. Curbside. They have this "promise" that if they don't bring it out in 2 minutes they'll give you a discount on... your next order well, they brang it out. I go to the back & check & the 8 piece boneless chicken wing box only contained 5pieces. So, I go in and wait. Some customer is in there with bare feet & I had to wait. Then I get told "oh sorry bout that.That Will be about 6 minute wait" I asked about their promise & he beat around the bush. Would have had more respect for them ifhe would have just said. Food was good. I only gave it 3 stars because the food was good. I'd give it a 1 on customer service. Their card machine wasn't... working and when it finally did, it ended up charging my friend 4 times for our order. So for a $50 order, she paid $200. Shecalled back and talked to them about the issue and they go on to tell her that next time to bring cash (in a rudely manner) sothat way this doesn't happen. Then when she was in the middle of talking, they hung up on her! I used to work here so i understand how busy it can get but I also know that when you take multiple orders you take the orders... that are on the way. I live less than 1 mile from dominos on morningside and when I got it! It was cold! I had to reheateverything in the oven! There is no excuse for a cold meal when I live less than 1 mile away! They don?t deliver anymore cause they have no drivers, when they call to tell you that will call three times in a row hanging up... after 2 rings and then give you no time to call back and cancel your order. When I called to back literally 30 seconds after thefirst call they were rude and told me it?s company policy to cancel orders when they have no drivers and the person is notpicking up. I would have called back but I was called 3 times no chance to call back and my order was canceled. I order againtoday same phone call about not having deliever drivers, so I said I would come pick it up, the person on the phone wasn?tpaying attention, I had to repeat myself multiple times to say I was gonna come pick it up. Overall staff is very rude and ifyou don?t have driver don?t have deliver on your website at your store. It?s a waste of my time to have to call and make surethis place is actually voiding my payments. On top of that I will never ever be ordering from this place again, I work at arestaurant who does online orders and never in my life would I treat someone the way they treated me.
