I placed my order online and had to cancel so I called immediately after submitting it (less than a minute seriously) by the... time I got a person on the phone I was told my order was complete so I'm banned from ordering for a week. This place has been going downhill fast. It feels like a hassle every time I go in this place to place an order. It?s like they... don?t have time to take your order. I think they want everyone to order online and then just come pick it up. Half the time youhave to wait until they make enough pizzas before they have time to take your order. It looks like everything they do is timedfor efficiency and incentives. Taking my order in person messes that up. Plus twice now I have asked for thin crust and theymade the pizzas on regular crust. The funny part is if you point it out to them, they beg you to take it anyway and they promiseto do better. Read more

Ordered a medium and gave me a small , on top of that driver was rude .
Realizing we are living post Covid. It would be respectful for purveyors to alert you prior to delivering products or food to... you, That they are unable to deliver to your door. When placing the order and asked about special instructions. I made it plainwhat door of a 4 plex was ours. If bringing the food to our door was not an option, WHY ASK?, further more, why not tell yourcustomer's that door service is not an option.The driver shows up to ask me to come out of the building to get my order at11:25pm.. The insult is worst when you order a pizza and it is dry and very dry, after ordering extra sauce on a THIN CRUSTPIZZA. Not surprising that I dont remember the last time I ordered from Dominoes. Jason, whoever he is in the chain of commandhas very limited communication skills and listening is one of them. As a Pastor I am aware that my review sounds scathing as Iam irritated after a 15 hour day. You are one of the only options for ready to eat food at this hour. There is only one delivery guy working, and the lady who cooks doesn't put the foods in the oven until the delivery guy is... actually ready to deliver it so once he does deliver it, the foods will be warm!! Plus, since the delivery guy is so slow indelivering, the lady who cooks offer the foods for free pizza the next time you order (ONLY if it's super late in delivering).She is super kind. Great pizza, great delivery. Awesome service. Very nice people. Very hard workers, and they deserve a BIGtip, guys!! Thank you for reading. Read more
