If you are visiting Hardee's, spend the extra money on the Angus Thickburger. The chicken is also a good choice if beef isn't... what you're craving. Also, remember to ask for the curly fries, in my opinion they are far superior. Read more
How difficult is it to actually get the ketchup and other condiments which I ask for when I order? They ask you to pull ahead... while they get your order together, and then they never include. Frustrating process which should be simple. Read more

If I could give it zero I would. The lady at the front counter insisted I made the error in my order when I get the same thing... every single time for breakfast. No apologies, nothing. Perhaps if she didn't mumble I would have heard her repeat the orderback to me and corrected it. But no I was stuck with a breakfast burrito that I didn't want. I threw it away upon leaving out ofprinciple. These people have no idea what customer service means. Read more

Had to drive from the Hardees out by the mall clear downtown because the other location closed at 6. This location was great,... but getting pretty frustrated with these chain restaurants that can't even pay employees enough to want to work there. Read more
