This chimichange on Floyd Blvd., Sioux City, IA is ridiculously slow. I use the app to order online drove to the location and so... far I have waited over 25 minutes for my sandwich. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 hunter's club. Told them no cheese, lettuce or tomatoes but add pickles and please cut... it in half. Got home and cheese on both sandwiches and not cut in half. And bread was burnt on bottom and very hard. Verydisappointed. Read more

Don?t waste your time ordering online. Save your time and your money and just go to the store. I got the wrong food and the... driver just tossed the food on the doorstep. I called the store and the manager was unapologetic. Blamed me for the driver noteven knocking on the door. Then assured me that my food was made, just given to someone else. She didn?t apologize once or eventake accountability for anything. Just kept repeating how she was busy and it was my fault. Read more
