Mistake no. 1. The ai doesn't work very well. I went to order two big Macs a medium Dr pepper and a large fry, and a frosty... which I now know they don't sell and is not why I'm complaining. Simple enough right? The AI had no idea what I was talkingabout. Which I didn't even get the part with the frosty because it tried to order me two fries. When I try to tell it no that'snot what I want, it cut me off and told me to drive ahead. Which I understand, there's gonna be bugs, I get. So when I tried topull up to the window that's where mistake no. 2 happened. I didn't so much get greeted more like looked down too. This biggerset woman with blonde hair blue shirt and no name tag immediately started to try to ring me up. So I said "sorry the sign didn'torder what I wanted." She just rolls her eyes and says in a condescending voice, "I have a big Mac with a medium drink and alarge fry. Do you want it." This threw me off completely because it was just so rude the way she said it. I stammer back thatI'd like a frosty, completely off track now, Even tho I wanted two big Macs. She then gets really mad at me, and tells me "thisisn't a Wendy's, did you see that sign? This is McDonald's." I was ordering it for a friend and must have confused the two. Itell her I'll get a mcflurry instead because now I was just rushing to get out of there because this was not what I signed upfor. If I could give this entire experience a zero star I would. Now it's probably just that one employee, I mean the guy whogave me my food was nice, but God that women was yeesh, far from the customer service I was expecting. I've went to this McDonald's a couple of times now. Everytime I get a sandwich that has anything other than meat, cheese,... ketchup, mustard, and a bun then there is little of anything else that is supposed to be on the sandwich. They just put a fingerpinch of lettuce. Since when do you only get a quarter of the toppings on the burger. The McChicken is worse, it only has onepiece of shredded lettuce. 2 trips in 7 days: Trip 1: curbside pickup: sat and waited 20 minutes in pick up spot, finally went to window and waited 10... more min for 1 drink and 1 sandwich. Trip 2: sat in drive through for 20 min (again 1 drink and 1 sandwich) and upon reachingthe window was asked for money. I showed my phone and payment through app. Again, told I didnt pay. I recieved an emailconfirmation and notification it went through on my card. Instead of the employee asking for help I just got a blankstare. This is not the 1st time I have had issues with being charged for items not recieved. But it will be the last ???????? Read more
So they aren't open 24 hours on drive thru as the listing states. I asked another McDonald's in the area a few months ago and... they said it was because they didn't have enough employees to be open at night. That sounded fair with everything going on butit seems that aren't even trying to open back up at night as again that was months ago. I get finding employees is hard but notthat hard and it makes it so the others McDonald's in the area have to pick up the slack and as a result the one on morningsideave has people lined up thru half the parking lot. As it is I waited in line at the Morningside store long enough to right thisreview and left without order cuz at this rate I wouldn't be home before midnight (it is 11:16pm). I did not leave it as areview for the Morningside store as it isn't their fault another McDonald's can't keep their stores open when advertised. Read more
Got my order right. Sounds condescending which in part it is but i love double hamburgers with bacon and no cheese. The app... doesn't have that option. So i have to get a double bacon cheeseburger and put no cheese as an option. I still get cheese imhighly allergic to (not lactose intolerant) more often then not. so i appreciate the effort in doing the job correctly. Read more
