Literally waited in line for 10 min. No one came to the ordering screen. Then I called the business to tell them I was waiting.... They took my order over the phone. I paid and then they had me wait another 5 min at the window to be served. Terribleexperience but I guess the food was hot. After 25 min I had better been tho. Smh ???????? Read more

This is a pretty good McDonald's location. We eat there at least once or twice a week. The employees are usually pretty... friendly, especially the ones that usually work the drive thru during the daytime. They don't screw up your order there nearlyas often as they used to, the lobby is kept pretty clean & the food's good as far as fast food restaurants go. They can behorribly busy & backed up though depending on what time you show up. Read more

Terrible Service - took 4 minutes to order - inside lane had two cars go through - outside lane ignored. Nobody at 1st window... -pay window. Asked to wait for 1/4 pounder and fries at long wait window - took 15 minutes to get lukewarm fries and a saltylukewarm burger. Sack handed out window to my car - no here's your meal, sorry for the wait, thank you, no words of any kindjust shoved out. Would never encourage anyone to order food after 7 pm at this location. Food was fine. But we sat there for 8 minutes for the car in front of us to get their food. All I ordered was fries and milk for... my screaming child in the back seat, sat there for 8 minutes trying to explain to my child I could not honk at the car in front,that they do have his fries and milk, McDonald's did not forget about us, etc etc etc .. for 8 minutes! Haven't had McDonald's in a while so i went and got a double quarter pounder meal. The fries were cold and the double quarter... pounder was missing the second patty and had no cheese. How hard is it to get an order right and i was the only one in the drivethrough. Read more
