Not open at night. I ordered and paid for food on the mobile app. Both the sign on the building and the app said the store was... open 24 hours. But at 10:30 p.m. someone had turned off the sign and put traffic cones up in the drive through. When I pulled upto the window to ask how to get the charge to my card reversed, the lady inside ignored me, and just gave me a dirty glance whenI tapped on my horn after ten minutes. Once again they can't do their job right even when it's not busy. When I order a mcdouble is when I want 1.
Every time I've gone to this particular McDonald's on Hamilton boulevard, the service is exceptionally horrible. They either... forget you and the fact that you ordered food from them and decide not to even give you anything or they scream at you and treatyou like you're absolute Street trash. I've been there several times recently to see if they improved and the services actuallystill the same or even slightly worse. Also they close at 9:00 or 10:00 at night so you can't get any food after that which isabsolutely ridiculous in this era of the fast food genre. So much for this once great chain. Read more
I always wonder why they close at 11 pm with all the light off is it 24/7? I live really close to this one and I have to drive... to south Sioux to get food. Would I be able to get a response why they do close? Read more
Always good and fast food. The only complaint is that the fries were quite cold coming out of the bag. I know they are not... always going to be fresh but warm fries are something that I expect. Read more
After a 30 minute wait in drive thru I finally got my order. I then get home to find that they forgot to put the hamburger... patties on a big Mac I ordered. Back I go there after no one would answer their phone and then a 20+ minute wait to get a BigMac with hamburger patties. Read more

Their service has went in the toilet they only care about drive thru and online orders. Don't order shakes or ice cream their... machine has been down for awhile. Read more
