Fast food Chinese restaurant or better put Americanized Chinese restaurant. Pretty quick pretty simple not bad food they got... their chili sauce that is pretty Flippin hot food. I always eat too much when I go there, that?s something I really need to workon. I don?t go there very often but I enjoy it when I do. I was a bit hesitant to try this place since I read a lot of reviews I didn?t care for. However, I was in the neighborhood and... craving something Asian, so I decided to give it a whirl. I must have come at about a prime time, because my experience waspretty good. For the record, it was on a Sunday about 11:30AM or so. Anyhow, staff was friendly and helpful, and no one seemedto be acting out of line, as I?ve read can happen here. Food was also warm and fresh, and didn?t appear that they were out ofanything. Place was clean over all (granted, they probably just opened for the day). I dined in, and there were others thatfollowed, and I didn?t notice any difference in the staff from what I experienced when others were ordering, nor from what Icould hear from drive thru. There are enough people with complaints against the same issues, so I?m fairly confident there havebeen consistent issues here and need for improvement, but the above is my honest review from my visit, and it was a decent one.I?ll be back at some point I?m sure, and can always update and/or write another if things are different at that point. Food is decent if you can get it fresh (not often). They have the lobby open, but no signs or anything saying you can't actually... dine in, which is frustrating if you think you're staying. They do have "X"es on the front tables when you walk in, but that'sit. The back tables are not marked. We didn't really pay attention, and went on my boyfriend's lunch break, so then had nowhereto actually eat. The staff is hit or miss, not normally too friendly though. Read more
Every time I visit they are out of something. Or the wait time is crazy. Well today topped the cake. I ordered Beijing beef and... pepper steak. They informed me there was a slight wait for the Beijing beef. I pulled up to the window they gave me my order andI looked in the container to discover I only had rice and one pepper steak.. smh.
