The woman who works at night mostly name Heather is very unpleasant rude ignorant . The food was good except her attitude. It... sucks really !! We come to flying J to fuel the truck and wanted to get subway 2-3 times. First time I thought may be I amjudging her but it happened again and again every visit. Last time me and my husband waited for her atleat 5-10 minutes she wasjust fixing the bread and cleaning the stuff. When I said hello ???? she did not even acknowledge that and asked what do youwant ? Seriously she should be fired we did not order anything but went to loves close by to get sandwiche. We are not going toget anything ever from this Subway. Very very disappointing service !!! Read more
The lady work at night I think her name is heather she is so rude , she feel disappointed to see the customer. We said hello to... her she looked away didn?t said hello back. The gal working tonight disappeared for a while and than the girl that was off came in and got has and jumped on subway and got... all the sandwiches done while the other gal was gone than she came back and was asking if she got called in! The girl thatjumped into help deserves a raise a big thank you to her the girl that disappeared never even washed her hands before puttingher gloves on. And shes rude very rude. Read more
My wife stopped in around 9:30 pm on Friday, April 24th. Not sure the name of the woman working, but she wasn?t pleasant in the... slightest. First off, it took us 20 minutes to get out of there, and we were the only ones in the restaurant... the only thingwe have to say is that the whoever working was the rudest I have ever experienced in the customer service/food industry...someone with this attitude should not be working in customer service. It?s clearly not the position for you. Quit your job andfind something else you enjoy. Apart from that, the food was great!! Lost 2 Stars for inconsistency. We have bought hundreds of Ham and maybe as many Meatball Footlongs for $5 Each. They've always... been $5 until today. At this location everything is a little more. Went in yesterday and they were closed. Went in today and had a sign up that said be back in 10 min. i was patiently waiting in... the lobby for them to back, playing on my phone, lady came out and very rudely said "I am NOT open" okay, sorry i thought youwere going to be back in 10.
