The staff were great, the food, not so much. I got the Mediterranean grain bowl and it was really bland, but I forced myself to... eat all of it because it cost about $13, which I thought was overpriced for the quality and quantity. Agua Fresh is my GO TO lunch place both for myself and to bring friends along. They are the perfect addition to downtown with a... super cute atmosphere. All of the workers are very nice, we have Caden the most and he is always super attentive to whatever weneed. Can't wait to stop by for smoothies this summer! I saw this place on maps and thought it was just a juice bar. When I came in here it immediately smelt like they were making... paninis! The place smelt delicious and I noticed on their menu board that they have more then just smoothies and juices but theyhave salads, soups, wraps, açaí bowls, and breakfast sandwiches served all day! When we visited this restaurant, it was very busy, so we expected to wait awhile for our food. Our order was two ham and cheese... sandwiches. We patiently waited for approximately 45 minutes but started getting suspicious when multiple people (some withlarger orders than us) received their orders before us. We went to the counter to ask when we could expect our order and foundout it wasn?t even started yet. They were randomly making the orders they deemed ?easiest? first and not going in sequentialorder. First, what a completely non-sensical way to run a restaurant. Second, our order was two ham and cheese sandwiches, whichtake no skill and very little effort to make. Even following their illogical system, our order should?ve been made far earlierthan it was and well before some of the larger orders. After talking to the staff, it still took another 15 minutes to get ourorder. In summary: $22 and a 1 hour wait for two ham and cheese sandwiches, a small bag of chips, and a vitamin water.
