Watching your order be completed only to have it sit there for a full 5 mins while they stand around and chat real nice...
Placed a mobile order at 5:30, got to the drive though for them to let me know they closed at 5. Why am I able to place an order... then and why does your google listing show you are open until 8? Might want to update that. The employee was rude and told methat I can call the 1-800 number to get my money back. How is that my fault and why should I be expected to call and waste moretime after I wasted 15 minutes driving to the restaurant. Pathetic, this location will not be open for much longer, clearly. I understand that it's hard to keep the place staffed, but that doesn't excuse arbitrarily closing the lobby when the drive... through gets slammed to avoid dealing with incorrect drive through orders. They literally locked customers inside to keep drivethrough customers from entering to get their order corrected on 2022-04-04. Side note, boneless wings were great after the 15min wait! Read more
I had an amazing experience here this evening! For some reason my card was declined, and I had no other payment with me. Robert... was amazing and helped me with my order.
