Just stopped in on my way to work to grab some lunch in my security officer uniform and was told last time I stopped in that... next time I should inform the drive up window and I'd get a discount for being in uniform. I told them I'm just a security guardand the manager at the window said that doesn't matter and I would still receive it. So today when I told a worker at the windowshe grabbed the manager to see if it was OK. He came up to the window and was immedietly rude saying the discount doesn't applyto me but they'd do it this time so next time we "don't have to deal with this". The way he said that wasn't very polite, andthen he pulled another coworker up to the front to look through the drive through window whom smirked at me and my fiance in thecar. I feel like they either didn't believe me that I was a security officer or were having a laugh because I thought I got thediscount, either way it was upsetting the way he handled it and I will most likely not stop at this Arby's again. Very clean dining area and bathrooms. Food was good. Staff was friendly and our food came very fast for a Saturday at noon. ... Interesting though that my small side of curly fries had less than a kids meal curly fries. My niece dumped hers out on her trayand I decided to as well and she had way more than me. Read more
The service was good. The chicken cheddar ranch sandwich was not warm.
The staff was great and the shift leader was amazing! Give her a raise for sure. The food was good, hot and fresh.

I'm hoping this is just a bad day for this Arby's, but we ordered a Buffalo Chicken sandwich meal and it was raw and cold... inside. And they forgot a small fry for us. It was 11:30 this morning, so not very busy. On the bright side, at least it'sproof that they cook with fresh ingredients. But seriously, if corporate wanted to give us a gift card to compensate, that'd benice. Like I said, hopefully it was just a glitch or something that got fixed quickly. Also, the curly fries were delicious asusual, but it'll be a while before I can forget the taste of raw chicken in my mouth. Read more

Looove going here! The food is always fresh, service is fast and friendly. They're always smiling. I go here all the time due to... the fact it's so much better than other fast food places. It's also close to my job, somewhere quick to grab lunch. Never got anorder wrong before. Read more
