What looked like a manager. Literally stole a dollar from me and played it off like he's been doing it for a while. The total... was 10.08 and I gave him a 20 dollar bill and he gave me 9 dollars back. I didn't say anything because I felt as if they wouldspit in my food for making him count change. Walked in was not greeted. Took a few minutes for someone to take my order, as I was waiting I witnessed an employee eat off the... line in front of customers. My order was pretty much thrown at me. Got all the way home to find no onion rings in the bag. I wouldn't be as irritated about it if it wasn't the third time IN A ROW... that I've stopped there and they forgot something in my order. Went back to get the rings and instead of making me fresh onesfor their mistake, they gave me my cold and stale onion rings they forgot to give me initially. Absolutely worst service I have ever received within a restaurant. I walked in at 2:00 pm and waited for 5 minutes for an... employee to take my order. I grabbed my drink and sat down. After 25 minutes, I had to ask where my order was. While I wassitting, all I see is employees horseplaying around, ignoring customers at the counter, and even one employee jumped right onher boyfriend's order that was still behind my order. And yet, I was still waiting for my order. No management managing theemployees. They decided just to hide in the office, allowing their employees to do whatever they wanted. 30 minutes to getlunch is not right. $14/hr is to work for the customer, not getting paid to screw the customer. Cursing about customers in drive thru, served me stale onion rings that were cold, when I asked for fresh instead they returned... 2 minutes later with half lukewarm and half stale rings. I spent 2 hours on a Wednesday afternoon in here while waiting for oilchanging and the yelling and cursing and lack of caring about food quality means I'll not only never return but never eat at anyburger King in this town ever again. Seriously...all you need to do is put "FASTER THAN MCDONALS!" on your billboard and you will get so much business. That... mcdonalds by you is a joke, half hour waiting to order food. And go through your line, in and out in less than 10. Thank you forbeing efficient and courteous. Only thing you could fix, is presentation. The food is always sloppy made.
