Best burgers ALWAYS. Fast service, friendly staff. (Did forget my cookies a couple times, but always make up for it!)
THE MOST HORRIBLE COSTUMER EXPERIENCE. We went to the drive thru, and we couldn't hear who was talking the order. (Bad speaker... or something) and this lady kept YELLING and giving attitude because we couldn't hear her well and we wanted to make sure shegot the order right. I canceled the order and called the store because to me customer service is EVERYTHING and can you belivethis lady was the "Supervisor". You want to treated well? Belive me , McDonald's is better! Thought it was just Fargo and Moorhead but it's the Dakota's very good.
UPDATE: We stopped while in town to get some lunch. Burger Time didn?t disappoint! The burger was fresh, crunchy veggies,... awesome bacon! My daughter enjoyed their chicken strips, too! We stopped here on our way back to Rapid City. We got chickensandwiches and fries. They were so good! The only thing that we didn?t get was the honey mustard we ordered. The food wasamazing and the employees were very kind! If we?re in the Sioux Falls area again, we will definitely go back! Read more
Great lil hole in the wall burger joint, flavor and freshness are on par. Great price for the amount of food you get. The deep... fried pickles are a must, perfectly breaded and flavor to boot. Definitely wish there was one locally. Will be stopping herefrom now on when on my way through. Read more
Neat whole in the wall joint. We tried the Burger cheese curds and fried pickles. All were amazing. The fried pickles came in... slivers and we're very tasty. You can't go wrong with cheese curds and the Burger was as expected. Definitely would go again. Read more
Ordered chicken strips received fried pickles. The fries are cold and have been sitting in a warmer. I used to love this place.... Hot and fresh was the thing...not anymore . The boy who had a major attitude taking my order is a real problem Friday 11/45:40pm. Read more
