They need to fix their credit card machine really bad but management/corporate/whoever clearly doesn't care. They don't even... take steps to avoid staffing this machine when the other one works fine. Read more
Ordered the sausage breakfast pizza & when I finally got it an hour later it was completely cold! No heat to it at all! So I... called to let them know & the man I spoke to was very unprofessional and rude! He argued with me about the order & then hung upon me! I won't be using this location again! Read more
I go there not quite daily, but pretty darn close. Most of the time the staff is friendly and helpful--especially Ryan--he... always makes it a point to say 'thanks for coming in' or something similar. I just called to order 3 dozen donuts (pumpkinspice with cream cheese frosting) and was told 'I don't normally work in the kitchen. I see pumpkin spice but not with thecream cheese frosting option.' So...how can we get this done? The computer doesn't say it so you can't do it?? It's like whenyou go to a fast food restaurant and pay cash and you give them excess change to even up your return change. They look at youlike a confused dog...like, why are you overpaying me??! All they know is how to push the 'cheeseburger' button and if theydon't have exact change their critical thinking skills are challenged beyond their comprehension. Anyway, the ONE time I try toorder 3 dozen donuts I'm told I can't order the kind I want because it's 'not in the system.' Sheesh. Saving a couple of starsbecause other than this I've had good experiences with Casey's at this location. I'll be getting my donuts elsewhere goingforward. Read more
I just moved to this side of town let me tell you their pizza is amazing. Think my belt line has increased 3 sizes as their... spicy sausage and pepperoni pizza is to die for. So much more flavor then the big box chains. I mostly order online and pickit up. Got gas twice here and bought extras never had an issue with staff. Then again I think anyone who thinks they are goingto have 100% customer service at a self service gas station smoked a little to much utopia weed.. These kids make 10 -12 bucks nhour and on top of that no one likes working gas stations so your going to get some unique personalities behind the counter. Read more
The pizza is so good, but getting it is nearly impossible. For the last two times I've tried to get a pizza and called, someone... picks up and just hangs up the phone. I tried again and this time it's like they put the phone on mute because I can hear themthe background and then it goes silent. They never come back. The cashier was also very rude, I had to wait for him to stopsmoking in order to pay. It's really too bad, the pizza is so good, the actual building is new and in great shape, justterrible service and staff. Read more
