When buying tickets the lady at the desk was on her phone for a while before helping me just scrolling through social media. She... had attitude when all I wanted was to buy tickets to go see a movie with my child. Terrible service wont be coming back. There were very few people, like 10, buying tickets for the Sunday 4:00 PM show. The man receiving money and giving tickets... barked at four of us who had stepped to the left of the "wait here..." sign. There was no one whom we had stepped in front of,and we weren't directly behind the current customer. So telling us to get the line back over was unnecessary, especially in histone. My husband had just shown me on his phone we needed to pick two seats, and then it was our turn. I told the clerk twotickets for "Lifemark." The man was wearing a mask, if one could call it that, because it was below his bottom lip, until hepulled it away to tell me the second time to pick a seat because I hadn't understood him the first time. I had heard my husbandsay to pick something. I was asking which mark showed a seat was open and was there a landing. My husband and I chose differentseats, and the man, surprisingly, was patient for that moment. We settled on our seats quickly to get done; they turned out tobe very nice for watching the movie. We approached the concessions, and the young man in a dress shirt was polite and friendly.When my husband asked about a "combo," he explained the theater doesn't have one right now but said the prices are lower thanmost. The young man getting our drinks was patient when I asked what the diet drinks were and when we asked for a drink tray,and the young lady at the register was willing, unlike my hubby, to be patient and look up my phone number to see if I were arewards member. The theater we were in was clean and it was nice to have a bathroom right near by (we were in #9). I reallywant to say thank you so much for bringing Christian movies to this theater. I know you probably don't make as much money as youdo for other genres, but I try to stay updated and tell my Sunday school and other Christian friends. I share the news throughtexts and on Facebook. Very nice cinema theater. Handicapped parking, entrance, and seating is available. Stadium seats are very comfortable and... provide plenty of room. The mens' bathroom was very clean and spotless but it was early in the day. Excellent popcorn, too,but spendy - as are all movie theaters. Too bad the movie we saw was not very good. ???????????? XD theater was not very impressive visually. Not as big as expected. Picture quality was poor, seemed like there was something... wrong with it. When the screen was supposed to be black, it was still illuminated (grey). The sound quality was awesome tho. The seats are reasonably comfortable for about an hour. After that, they become a distraction. Read more
Century Stadium 14 is a great theater. The seats are comfortable and I love the idea of picking them out at the time of... purchasing our tickets. It's never over crowded and the popcorn (let's face it, the most important part) is amazing!! And thequality of the screen & sound are stellar. Now they offer to bring you your food & drink, which is a service I don't use- butit's great for those who do. Just an overall 5-star experience, every time! Read more
Very easy to purchase tickets and ordering snacks is very fast. Always clean. Seats are comfy no need to move around .
The service was awful. Usually I think they do a decent job but tn it was absolutely awful. They gave me false info and... repeatedly was rude and gave snobby comments to me. I had a messy bun and they asked me if I had a rough day?. I?m not impressedto say the least. Disappointed and won?t be returning. Read more
