I came in almost exactly 6pm on Tuesday, Nov 8th. I ordered a single mushroom n swiss, kids combo with chocolate milk and 2 mint... oreo scoops. When we got our order, we were missing the Mushroom N Swiss and the chocolate milk. When they brought out themissing items, my Mushroom N swiss was missing almost all the mushrooms. I mean who seriously made this sandwich?? What a wasteof $5 for that sandwich. If that's the incompetent people you have making sandwiches, I'll go next door to Arbys next time. Read more
The app is pointless, can't order online for this location. No special for National Cheeseburger day. Ridiculous upcharge for... cheese curds, pretty sure the price is pretty similar to the fries. You've priced yourselves as most sit down establishments,going there from now on. Read more
We really like to stop at Culvers for a meal and ALWAYS a carmel cashew sundae. We stopped today for a carmel cashew sundae... before going home. They were the WORST we have ever had. Either the custard was very deluted down or it was frozen and thawedout. The taste wasn't even close to the custard that it used to be. Since Freddy's opened up we really like their custard.There's is the real custard like Culver's used to be. We didn't want to drive across town just to get a custard but I wish nowwe would have. I brought it to the managers attention that the custard was not good and she just acted like it wasn't no bigdeal and she turned around and walked away. Lunch was great. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The temp was in the 80s outside so when you went inside it... is very cold! The food was very good and my strawberry fields salad had a lot of bule cheese on it which I enjoyed. Read more
WARNING: Great food but pay attention to anything ordered at the drive-up window. More times than not, parts of your order is... missing. If you call and talk to the manager he?ll tell you they?ll send you a meal certificate. But that never happens. Read more
Was a great lunch. Had a late morning appointment at the Avera campus, and caught lunch on the way home. Was very busy, and... still had great service, and a good fast lunch! Read more
