Culver's is a fast casual restaurant but for all intensive purposes we count it fast food. As a fast food it is one of the... best. They consistently have great food, great service and clean tables. Our three kids live the kids meals. Maybe in partbecause the get food drink and ice cream/custard. They have several convenient locations around town and we have hadconsistently good experience at all. Read more

Food was delicious as always with fast service and courteous order taker, who also brought our food right out to our table.
I knew as soon as I got the chance to go to Culver's once I moved it'd be worth every single penny. The people at the register... were super nice and friendly. The food was phenomenal and cooked to perfection. Funnily, they accidentally made an extra rootbeer float, so they came over and offered it to us. Ordered crispy chicken sandwich (with lettuce and mayo) and cheese curds, with an iced tea. We got zero ice with our warm ice... tea, sone cheese curds were empty and tasted fishy and the sandwich? The bun was hard, there was about 11 slivers of lettuceunderneath the unflavored chicken, zero mayo. Gross sandwich. Threw away. And all that cost me over $11. Unreal. Not worth thecost at all. Typically I like this place. This trip was horrible. My "burger" consisted of some crispy stuff, but no burger. I brought it up... to the staff and they said... oh that's how it's supposed to be... hum? Never has been before. I can't see laying down $40 for 5people to eat a crunchy something sandwich. The food here is usually great. My frustration is with the staff. EMILY in the drive-thru is very frustrating. As I was ordering... my food she kept interrupting to ask me questions. For example when ordering my burger I had started to say ?a butter burgerwith? and she cut me off and asked if I wanted cheese. I wasn?t speaking slowly or anything. She simply just couldn?t wait. Ifshe had waited half a second she would have heard. And she continued this way the entire order, asking questions afterpractically every word I said. I wanted to scream at her. I just think she could be more patient instead of making it moredifficult. Read more
