Had two meals both were unsatisfactory, lettuce was rotten,cukes were old and burger was a mess. Breakfast came with a fly in... the water,dirty coffee cup and fried eggs on my eggs benedict.Its the sign of the times,when I finally get a chance of a sitdown meal I can only hope for mediocrity. Service was very slow, had signs up saying they were short on staff. There were only 4 customers at the time and still very slow... Service. No refills on drinks offered. They forgot my side of ranch and the fries tasted like the entire salt shaker got droppedon them. Didn't bother complaining as I didn't think it would accomplish much. Read more

Came at 8:50 pm only to find this note. There is a total of one table in the restaurant with 2 people seated at it. 1 TABLE. If... that is not caught up I don't know what else is considered caught up. No one even bothered to come up to the front to talk to usor explain how long it would be. Stood up front for about 25 mins. I'm a server at a local similar restaurant and even ourcompany would not allow this to be happening. Read more
1st off, this Denny's is corporate. It's a lot cleaner than the franchise Denny's on E 10th. The food and portions at this... Denny's is a lot better, too. Server was kind and quick with our food and drinks, despite being short staffed. You couldn't eventell that they were short staffed! Read more
Our service was fine. Food was good. Pancakes, yum yum. To pay was a little but of a wait. Registers were wayyy over one side... of restaurant but the restaurant was waaayyy over another. We went and the place wasn't busy. There was a yellow rope across when we went too. It took the lady a few minutes to come over.... She said it was because they only had 2 servers and that was why they had the tape up. It took a while for someone to come tothe table and order drinks and then a while to order food. The food also took a while to come out. We ended up waiting thelongest for chocolate chip pancakes which seemed weird considering we had other pancake orders. The place was clean and thewaitress was friendly and refilled drinks and checked on the table often. The food was decent. Not the biggest portions. They need to turn off the app when they randomly close because once they tell the service the order is ready I get a cancel fee... if I cancel directly. Then I have to waste time when I?m already hungry to cancel the order by talking to customer service. It?svery irritating and unnecessarily wasted my time. Closed at dinner rush so I am thinking we won?t have to worry about orderinghere much longer anyways. Glad they fed someone even if it wasn?t me. His dinner looked good. Read more
