Ordered 3 pizzas before 6pm. Estimated delivery said 79mins, so I called a little after 7:30 to ask Estimated time update and... she doesn't ask my order or name and says "it'll be another hour yet so do you want to cancel it?" so I said yes.. before Icould say anything else she replied, "ok Ordered canceled" and hung up on me. I wasn't rude or anything but got nothing butattitude from her. They were fine with taking my money but couldn't hold up their end. I don't see this Domino's lasting muchlonger, nothing but problems here. Read more

Ordered a pizza over an hour ago. Called to check on the order as it hasn't arrived, employee was extremely rude stating they... will get to it when they get to it and it's not thier fault that we ordered when they are short staffed. Explained we are onlyasking because it's been an hour the tracker displays the pizzas have not been started yet and one of us has to leave soon foran overnight shift so, a best guesstimate would be a good help so we can try to work meals out on our end to adjust to thedelays on thier end. Employee just kept restarting she doesnt and will not know, that they will get to it when they get to it.We cancelled our order. Read more

Never order from them. They don't have proper staffing. Waited an hour and a half for 2 pizzas. Called them twice. They never... even started the order. The woman was very rude Read more

Avoid this store! Extended times and wrong orders been happening for over a year. A few days ago I ordered a pizza and wings... from the 10th street store. I picked up the order, returned home and noticed the order was missing 2 wings and the pizza wassmaller with only 2 topping not the meatza one I ordered. I called the store and reported the problem with the order, the calltaker asked me to return to the store and they will remake the pizza. I said i can not wait over an hour for a new one and illbe fine with the pizza they gave me. I told her about the 2 missing wings also and asked if I can be compensated to the cheaperpizza and the missing wings. She asked me to hold on while she talked to a manager. when she returned she apologized for thewait I said your fine it was not that long. She then told me that her manager would not compensate me since two missing wing andthe wrong pizza was not a good reason. I felt the person on the phone was very stressed. I told her not to worry its not herfault and she did all she could do to help but the final decision was not up to her. I said her manager should not have put youin this position with all that was going on in the store this night. By this I meant the fighting between employees and upsetcustomers. Has Dominos fallen so far that they don't value their customers. This only cost me a few dollars and is no lifechanging event by any means but as a customer, I would expect to get what I have paid for. For years i have enjoyed Dominosproducts and still do, but until their company culture changes, I can not continue giving them my business since the experienceis not pleasurable. Read more

We ordered pizza today for a pizza party. My credit card was charged but the pizza never came. We called & were on hold for 46... minutes before I hung up. We went to the store the doors were locked. I would love a refund. Read more

I think they may have the dumbest people working there but i guess thats what happens when you take advantage of people and... under pay them. Will never go here again, service is beyond terrible and customer service is non existent. Apparently cookingpizzas is complicated. When you start to place an order it that it will be 20 min, when you finish your order it gives you alonger time of 30-40 minutes. I showed up at the restaurant to pick up my pizzas AFTER the pick up time given on text message,they hadnt even started to cook it yet. Go back out to my car, wait 20 minutes, finally says its ready for carside delivery.Nope, they let the countdown timer expire and just leave me waiting in my car with my 2 year old. Go inside AGAIN to checkwhat's taking so long, apparently they forgot the ONLY ingredient on my pizza so they were remaking it, but just gonna leave mewaiting in the car while my other pizza sat getting nasty. No apology, no offer of a refund or anything. Worst service ever. Read more

I got to the store at the approximate time and they didn't even make my pizza yet. So I decided to wait, we ended up waiting 25... minutes to get our food. When we get home, its not what we ordered. My order was suppose to be a meat lovers and a Supremewithout olives. No one likes black olives yet it was covered with a lot of them. I don't think I'll be calling this locationagain. Read more
