This use to be our favorite place to eat, but recently it has went down hill. A few messed up orders was no big deal for us but... when they charged us the $50 for the vehicle behind us. We tried to get it resolved but was told ?an employee would never dosuch a thing an have a good day.? So now I recommend going to other great places to eat than going here. Read more

I totally understand Fri/Sat night is Giliberto?s busiest nights and their crunch time, but it?s just disappointing to wait 30... minutes in the drive through and not even be able to place an order. It seems like the staff neglect the drive through and itmakes the whole parking lot and restaurant experience a nightmare. Truly unfortunate service. Read more

Ordered online before leaving the Birdcage. Drove to the restaurant and stood in line. Mentioned to the cashier that I had an... online order she didn't seem to care. Finally approached the Lady delivering the food and asked her. It slowly became clearthey hadn't started on my food. 30+ minutes after ordering I finally had my food. After having had an amazing dinner a little earlier, how I found room enough to cram in all this food is still a testimony of my... gluttony :-) At any rate, as I was driving past Gilberto's which is a Southwest Outpost of a group of restaurants that Iremember from either Arizona or Utah. I ordered a green chili with pork smothered steak burrito, a red pork tamale, and ashredded beef taco on a homemade tortilla. All three were of great quality and delicious this place is a wonderful bang for thebuck and certainly reminds me of the places I remember from Arizona. Read more
Had a half order of chicken nachos. Presentation left a lot to be desired. Chips on bottom. After I ate most of the chicken and... chips I found clumps of guacamole sour cream and shredded cheese in the middle. Very reasonable prices. Read more
