Excellent sandwiches! Ordered sandwiches for company lunches from them a few times already. Easy to order, ready on time for... pick-up, and the food is great. Wish they had a west side location so I could eat there more often! Read more

They cut the meat fresh in front of you, the ingredients are fresh. The bread is amazing too. Favorite sub shop by far, only... downside is there's only one in town! Read more

Since I was introduced to the best sandwiches in the world, I have not gone to any other places. Fresh. Delicious. Their... pickles, literally HEAVEN. Until I can buy a bucket of pickles, I'll still be very satisfied with extras on my sandwich. Notthe best place to eat inside with how disorganized and cluttered it is, but there are times where you get to enjoy the fun theemployees have and get their company with some good conversations. Regardless, the sandwiches are WORTH EVERY SINGLEPENNY. Highest recommendations and highest praises to such mighty tasty food! Read more

Food and service were very good. My complaint was that I ordered the pasta for my toddler to eat on a road trip across the... country and it came to us cold and unheated. I'm not sure why this would be as it was ordered as part of a kids meal so in anycase she couldn't eat it until we got to our hotel that night with a microwave. It did come with heating instructions, just notsure why they wouldn't send it home with my sandwich in a ready to eat condition since I was ordering our meals together. Otherwise happy with my experience. Read more

Worst thing is walking into a business and get the not wanted feeling. Walked in this evening two people behind the counter no... greeting no smile and then asked if roast beef could be switched out for my ham the one said yes and the owner said ?we don?tsubstitute.? Where is taking care of the customer? The couple places I have worked in my adult life is ?Take care of thecustomer ? greet them, make them priority, without them you have no job. It was our sons first time there he was so excited totry this place and it was ruined. Will not be back other places to choose from! Read more

Very good tasting... They should get an automatic slicer (I feel bad for the person slicing everything by hand). Honestly, it's... way over-priced for what you get. AND there's a spot on your receipt to tip. The pictures of what the subs look like just don'tmatch up with what you get. I got an ultimate club, and they make it look like your getting a nice layer of sliced bacon...Well, you don't. You get a strip of bacon that's cut up in pieces and then turned 90 degrees and then spaced out the length ofthe sub. The cheddar cheese and bacon combo is great, but the cheddar cheese was sliced literally paper-thin. The cookies are$1.79, and they are the thinnest cookies I have ever seen. I would love to come back here, but for the price and what you get,it's just not worth it. (3 stars because it definitely tastes good) Read more
