What can i make hot and fresh for you?!-thats how i was greeted. My order was out in less than 30 seconds...fresh? Food was sub... par. Hot ham was room temp, and my chicken tenders, didnt even feel like they were under a warmer. These things are rubber...hadto be sitting for quite some time. I ate one out of my 5 piece-im a fat kid who loves chicken tenders man lol theres somethingwrong here. Wont be back lol. Quick and easy, and Hardee's burgers are just the best! Really liked the California Double Cheeseburger!

So for now it's 2 stars , & it isn't against Hardee's themselves , this is a beef against this Hardee's on W 12th St , , , IDK... how long they've had their dining room closed off & I wasn't even aware they closed at 8p , but when my friend took me there at7p the girl announced they're closed already , , , WTH , I mean WTH ! ! ! I moved to Sioux Falls almost 3 years ago, and this location is only 1 mile away from where I live, and was convenient for me. ... Only the drive through has been open since early 2020 since Covid-19 broke out. I found the service getting worse and worse ingetting my order correct. Issues like missing cheese I asked to be added to a sausage and cheese biscuit, giving me a baconsandwich instead of ham, etc. I like their morning sandwiches, but the screw-ups got so repetitive I had finally had enough, andno longer do business here. Worst chicken biscuit ever. Maybe I got unlucky with it, but biscuit was crunchy and flaky and great The piece of chicken was... terrible, so tough it was worse than jerky and I ended up throwing the chicken away, only eating the biscuit and was leftconfused hungry and mad I got shafted for nearly $4. Revised read entire statementThe best food you can get through a drive up window! You can never go wrong with a Monster ????... combo! As of March 8th 2018 I changed this from 5 stars to 1. I don't know what happened to this place but everything was coldthe fries looked like they were cooked then recoiled no potatoes left inside the burgers were ice cold cheese didn't even meltand it took 25 mins to get our food so one would assume it would be Hot and fresh but it was cold and rotten I don't think Iwill ever go back Read more
About a wk or 2 ago I drove up & ordered your chicken strips & was told you were out so I left. Last night, Saturday night we... drove there at 9:02pm, 1 car in front & 4 cars behind only to find out you were closed. What type of fast food establishmentcloses at 8pm on a Sat? 1 other time a had a coupon & the guy at that time couldn't figure out how to do it, took help fromanother employee & 20 mins later got it figured out. After giving several chances, I do believe we are done for good now. By thesounds of the other comments, you should be rethinking things unless of course you don't care. 11/14/22 We thought we'd giveyou another try n the disappointment continues, got to your lot at 6:28pm, Google says you close at 7pm n shock shock you wereclosed.
