Picked a car wash WITHOUT wax. The wash sprayed chunks of hard wax all over my car that I had to scrape off myself. This car... wash actually made my car more dirty. Read more
incompetent, ill-mannered, snappish, ineffective and down right nasty manager. Was put off and upset he had to put on his coat... to help with a pump issue. He did absolutely nothing to help me rectify the problem with the pump not working. Would hope theyeducate the managers on problem solving skills and how to operate both the register and pump!
