Be very wary of this one. I did my normal pre-pay with a card at the pump and it did what gas station pumps sometimes do and... acts weird. It locked the card in and didn't want to give it up until after I was done fueling, and didn't give out a receipt.It also didn't go through the normal prompts of car wash, etc. which at the moment I though was a nice bonus. Then I move thecar to a parking spot to go inside or the receipt. I'm greeted at the door by the asst manager who claimed he though I wasgoing to drive away and was ready to chase me down... keep dreaming big fella. It turns out this has been happening. Themachines mess up, and people who may not even know that they didn't pay drive off none the wiser. He revealed that he authorizedthe pump (I had no way of really knowing this, I'm not a gas station expert) and unless I went in for the receipt I would havehad no way of knowing there was no charge until way too late. Why this station wants to create situations where there areproblems is beyond me, but the way I see it they are just asking for problems. People driving off that may not know they haven'tpaid, and the asst manager of questionable intelligence who acts like he looks forward to chasing them into traffic over a tankof gas. Overall I'd give this place a 0 but google doesn't allow that. Don't go near these shysters. Read more

Don't waste your time at this gas station. Needed gas and a car wash and got to deal with rude employees. Got gas and not told... car wash was out until I drove back there. Went inside and just wanted a refund because I live out of town. Anyway they wererude over $13 and said it would be back up Thursday... So instead of being professional they were short and rude with me. That'sfine I can go elsewhere. Did not realize you need to verify the wash is open prior to getting gas! Poor customer service and sale of service that was not available for the selling. Pumps were still asking customers if they... wanted to add a car wash while their car wash had been temporarily closed and was not going to be up for a while. Clerk madeexcuses she could not deactivate the sale prompt at the pumps even though it was a service they knowingly were not able toprovide. Car wash is awful! Paid for the most expensive option and now I have to go wash it again. Pressure is way too high! Fans don?t... dry anything and at the end it sprayed visually dirty water! Waste of money. Won?t be back Read more
DO NOT USE THEIR CAR WASH!! THEIR HELP IS NOT HELPFUL. My family and I were out for a little quarantine drive to get us out of... the house... and decided to spiff up my vesicle and get a car wash. We decided to visit the Holiday on W 26/Sertoma (we use togo there a long while back and always had good luck. (It's tough to find a good car wash these days) My vehicle was just asdirty when I came out as it was when I went in!!! The pressure is SO INTENSE (usually not something someone complains about) -it sprayed water through my sunroof AND pressure pushed up/out some of my weather stripping! I have a newer SUV that is garagedand very well taken care of and this DOES. NOT. HAPPEN. I decided to go inside (against anything I wanted to do at this point,but this was quite possible the worst car wash I've gotten) the man working said the only thing he could do was give me anothercar wash (NOT a chance in you know where!) and if that wasn't what I wanted, I could call back Monday morning and speak to"Paul" - FF to Monday morning - I'm still annoyed with all of this so I ring "Paul" - he answers! I tell him my story, twice,,because the 1st time I must not have been clear enough... and he says he can't refund me over the phone and that I'd have tocome in to the store... I asked if the person working Saturday night could have done this. He responded, "yes, I don't know whyhe didn't, he has full capability of issuing a refund"... I use to receive excellent service here. Went here for everything for the first year living in Sioux Falls which is why I'm... still giving 3 stars. This morning 01/10/2020 I went in for my morning coffee, water, & smokes. The man who was working behindthe counter deliberately closed his lane until Sarah waited on me & then was laughing & thought he was whispering that he justdidnt want to wait on me... He wasnt quiet enough though & I heard. I have spent a fortune at this store. I'm never rude nordisrespectful. I'm always happy & this was blatantly disrespectful. This one occurence will prevent me from ever shopping thereagain while he is employed there. There is a convenience store closer to home that I could shop at but always made Holiday my goto on 26th/Sertoma. So disappointed in this behavior from an adult. Read more
Watch your receipt..got two bottled drinks and tags said 2 for $4.50 and somehow got charged $6.25 at register..the two drinks... were the same and mentioned to clerk and unfortunately wasn?t resolved due to needing to leave and people in line behind me..notreally upset, just warning others.
