Placed an online order it said it would be ready an hour after I ordered (2 sandwiches) it has never taken that long even when... busy. I went in 20 minutes early and was made aware that's a huge problem. To the girl behind the counter, next time you want todisrespect a customer make sure they can't hear you. Very unprofessional. The so-called manager said he wasn't too concerned about our 2 sandwiches as he handed them to me. He said they were swamped... with catering order and I could just leave! I did not say or do anything for him to treat me the way he did. He said I was rudeto his employees when I only spoke to one girl at counter who was very short with me . I only asked her why she couldn't sayhello or thank you or anything which is why the manager didn't like me from the get go. That's why he LIED and said I was rudewhen I wasn't. She should have been trained in good customer service as well as him the young tall guy who calls himself amanager. They both are not equipped for any fast-paced work environment if they are already exploding with hostility andrudeness and pure evil toward any nice paying customer who pays their paycheck! I bet I won't hear any good replies from anyoneat Jersey Mike's because they all seemed to hate their jobs and couldn't care less about telling a customer so. They need Godfor sure. Oh well.
