Good food but terrible customer service. Ordered then went to wait for food at the end of the line. Some time had passed then... asked about the "beefy crunch" told it was a few orders back. Kept waiting about a minute then the "all American" was called outseveral times. Then watched people who were quite a ways back in line get food before me. Asked again about my food. Then wastold my food was sitting right in front of me. Some one with better service won't just keep calling out "all American" and maybeask the guy who just asked about the "beefy crunch" if he order the "all American beefy crunch"? Went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich for my fiance and I. When we got home and started eating we noticed there was... barely any meat on the sandwiches. The little John didn't even have enough meat to cover the sandwich. The country club was 1/3of the size it normally is. When we called to let them know the manager blew us off and pretty much called us stupid sayingthat's how they normally come and the little johns meat probably just folded In half when we opened up the sandwich. Worst experience ever! Called me a lier and hung up the phone on me. Said they put hot peppers on my sandwich and it clearly... doesn't. If I knew how to upload pics I would. Very disrespectful. All my employers here can see it and vouch for me. I willnever go to this establishment again. Read more
Absolute worst experience I?ve ever had at a Jimmy John?s. Freaky SLOW online ordering. Every time I order online I have to go... to the front counter to tell them I ordered online, and then I have to wait while people who come in after me get their orderbefore me. It?s ridiculous! It?s like the only thing they were trained to do was work the drive-thru. Also my sandwich is soakedin oil. Must be my penance for having to wait extra long. They forgot our chips last order. Manager offered to send the driver back and we chose just to have them add to our next order.... She apologized and offered two solutions to make it right which is all we could have hoped for, but most of all, she CARED!! Good customer service is about half rare anymore! We were happy with the outcome and will order from them again. We arelongtime Jimmy John's fans and mistakes happen but overall their food is good and employees are friendly and helpful. Read more
Ordered #9 Italian Club ...... ordered extra salami, no Capacolla , ez tomatoe, ez onion, ez lettuce ... sandwich cost $18.02... with delivery and tip. Got sandwich.. ton of onion , 1 tomatoe on whole sandwich and not a single slice of Ham.... TERRIBLEthere are a ton of sub places to go! Read more
