So I will never eat at KFC again i ordered a 16 piece and family size potatoes and only received only eight pieces of it. Not... only they can't count the manager doesn't know what customer service looks like. Let's screw up on a order and not takeresponsibility for it. And the potatoes where single serve. Read more
I went through the drive through and told the person at the window that if the card didn't work, I could do the tap to pay with... my phone. Instead, the drive through person typed in my card info, and I was not comfortable with that. They should have let meuse the tap to pay as I insisted when I handed them my card. Read more

Had a rude person at the window. Tried to ask 3 times for jelly, he shut the window each time as I was asking. When finally got... his attention was given rude looks and service. Got mashed potatoes with no gravy and fries that I didn't order which makes methink I was charged extra for the gravy less potatoes but can't check because I wasn't given a receipt. So I ordered Nashville hot which is supposed to come with fries, I did get an extra fry that I paid for but didn?t get another... fry.
