On two different days in the same week I?ve had incorrect orders, I know it?s normal to happen but the way the manager during... lunch communicated was to shove the incorrect food to the side and walk away, didn?t ask if I needed anything else and was supershort. I understand mix ups but it doesn?t mean be rude to Customers, I feel as if you do not like your job, do not work at acustomer facing job. It makes other peoples day a little more crappier. Read more
Staff is unprofessional and rude. They should be trained in what customer service. Front window employee at 10:20pm 08/21/2022... He handed my food out to me and rudely said ?here? shut the window and walked away. Read more
The staff was wonderful with my energetic 3 grandsons. 1 of your workers, a female & I didn't get her nm went above & beyond,... the boys really liked her. Very friendly atmosphere. Thank you to the staff for making the visit fun. Read more
They have a fly problem. Counted 7 of them at the counter, then a few more pestering me while I ate inside. Talked to the mgr... about it, she said they spray inside after closing each night. I always like this one. Not sure what to tell y'all. I go sporadically so I am not talking about 1 visit...i'm talking 3-4 times... a week. Small items. A hamburger patty or french fries and a small drink. I use drive thru. I have 3 McDowells near me and whileI have gone to the downtown one as well and like it too...I sitll favor this one. I got hot af fries and my hambuger was freshas I felt juices coming out. The visit is the day i posted this...so the money person was business and the food person whohanded it out was super nice. Hey was in while a lovely couple was in there! Overheard a conversation where they were trying to explain how they travel to all... different McDonald?s over the state and that this was the worst one they have ever been too. The manager I think she was? Verynice lady, was doing everything in her power to keep these people as costumers by trying to give them a free meal card. Thehigher up manager explained that they couldn?t give those out to ?every unhappy costumer?, proceeded to yell at her and told hershe had to leave the establishment. I?m not sure but I think his name was Tom? The way he treats him employees and costumers isHORRIBLE. Do not think he deserves to work there. Read more
Had to clean my own table, every table dirty, trash over flowing, restrooms disgusting, floors filthy spilled soda every where,... instead of cleaning they set up a wet floor sign, Ketchup dispenser empty soda counter filthy, oh yea no cashiers kiosksonly??!!
