I honestly love this McDz??. I literally drive from way far west 12th Street cause this McDz goes above and beyond. They fast... and service is phenomenal. They have this 1 worker named Tina and I can't say enough about her. She's amazing with my grandson.When you go there look her up, she'll make your experience feel like your eating from home???? Remember, for the amount you spend at fast food you can buy a day's worth of food from a grocery store. It may be fast but it's... definitely not cheap anymore. Nothing against McDonald's. Read more
Noone came to give service for awhile (6 min), messy eating areas, alot of homeless people sitting around. Food was ok probably... better if we went through the drive-thru. Read more

It wasn't a terrible experience. The people weren't rude but they weren't very welcoming either. But a good place to grab... something quick if you're in a hurry. Food wasn't too bad either. Read more
Order was correct. Hash browns tasted like they were cooked in very.old oil. The real reason for the low review though was the... service. The woman who took our order was rude, dismissive and pushy. I understand being flustered during a rush (I've workedthe industry most of my life, including a stint at this location years ago); but you still treat your customers with respect nomatter what. Biggest issue with her service was when we went to order the number 7 meal, shown on their display as 2 breakfastburritos a hash brown and a drink. First she only entered one burrito, not the meal. Then when my gf corrected her saying, "Iwanted the meal." She was very rude and basically told us she couldn't do that. If they are removing that meal, that's whatever.But when a customer asks for something and you can't do it there is a certain level of customer service expected. We ended upordering the items separately and paying quite a bit more for doing so. Read more
I was in the drive thru and waited for a while and I ordered a 2a and the picture says it all. Must of rushed my burger, because... there is still pink on the inside. If I had to pull up to wait longer I wouldn't of complained. Read more
The nicest cashiers in the drive thru. Feel very sorry for such nice employees with such bad and lazy management! Don't change... your order on a Sunday night with one car In the drive thru. I was told drive around again goodbye have a great night after themanager told them not to assist the customer at all! The cashier's agreed as I went back around and smiled at them they smiledback. I asked them if their manager was not good to them and they both had large smile. Food was great. If management new how totreat employees and customers would be a great location. The negative atmosphere the management provided is atrocious. Leaves adark cloud over the great employees at this store. Read more
