Drive through SLOW, over half hour...advertised the cactus plant meal on their menu board but when we ordered were told they... don't have it?! Food cold by the time we finally made it through to the window and received our order. Poor customer service Read more
Slowest McDonald?s drive through I?ve ever been through. Left after I didn't even make it to order after 15 mins. Sure it was... 6pm on a weekday but the line was only 4 cars deep from ordering. Very very slow. Read more
Ordered a Big Mac ?the smallest Big Mac I have ever seen?missing pickles and onion, also it had very little lettuce. Bottom bun... was really hard. It tasted like it?s been sitting there for hours (not hot/warm). Fries and nuggets were hotter than the BigMac. Horrible! Read more
I almost never eat fast food. Today I remember why. I was up early running errands. After I was done, I was hungry and passing... this location. I pulled in about 6:30am. As soon as I pulled up to order, the guy on the other end in a very short and rudevoice said "can I help you". No "welcome to McDonalds" or "good morning", just a very rude "can I help you". If that's howthey are when they work, I definitely don't want to eat there. I just pulled away. Kill your customers for good 1 at a time andyou'll regret it eventually. Ordered two ice creams in a cup and a McFlurry. They changed charges so now if you want plain ice cream in a cup you are charged... the same as an ice cream Sunday. Cups of ice cream barely half full and McFlurry also not full. Asked window staff about thefullness of the cups and she stated they can only fill them so much? um? what?? Not even close to full but ok. Save your moneyand go elsewhere. Can literally get more than twice the ice cream for half the cost at the Costco food court. Read more
This is the worst restaurant I ever eaten at do not ever go here. I got a burger that was pink so I came back to be told I need... to ask for it to be fully cooked when I come throught the drive-through. Says they close at 11. Multiple cars in line. The employees were all sitting around a table talking at 10:25 and waiting for the... clock to hit 11. The menu and lights were still on. They were not even acknowledging the people waiting at the drive though orthe window. Just talking and not caring that they are still open. Read more
