staff was great, i asked for extra sauce on the mcrib, they did not dissapoint, very messy but that is what i wanted. Good job.
Sure the staff were friendly and seemed to be having a grand time. But the food was old. The fries had no real substance to them... no more. The hamburger wasnt juicy. And the nuggets tasted like stale cornflakes. Yuck. The costumer service was slow enough thefood could have been fresher. You know the rule, drop less more often. Or even if its slow do made to order. Oh but as we wereleaving the manager was yelling at a high schooler who was there goofing with his friends on his dad off, why? Absolutely terrible. Two cold kids meals. Coffe that tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Service that was mediocre at... best. Without a doubt, the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. That is an incredible insult to the dignity of thisparticular establishment. Do better; it's a fast food job for Gawd's sake. This place was messy and they were playing music in the store which was making the employees not do their job well. When I spoke... to the manager they said that they got permission to. They should be really focusing on their orders and cleanliness instead.Sad part also I heard a customer saying they were waiting for over a half hour for their food too!!! Terrible service Read more

According to Google they were supposed to be open until midnight. Pulled up to a long drive-through line at 10:35 ish 10:40 at... the latest. Noticed the hours sign said 11:00. No worries, should be plenty of time to move through MAYBE 12 cars?... It wasn't.They slowly took orders right up until me. Got to the board right at 11:00. Told me they were closed. No idea why they couldn'tcut the line off rather than make me and a handful of other people waste twenty minutes on a late night. Read more
The first time I went through everything was fine the lady at the first widow was super nice! Unfortunately I did not receive my... entire order so I had to go back through which was no big deal it was not busy. When pulling up to let them know the person onthe mic said ?okay sorry about that it happens all the time we will get your shit? and proceeds to giggle. I?m not that oldmyself but I do know how to be respectful especially in a work place. Could be there first job but I sure don?t remember doingthat at my first job. Read more
I waited a half an hour in the drive through and with cars packed to the street behind me two by two, some of the cars just... started speeding away when they got to the speaker. I got to one of the speakers and no one answered. I heard them say to theother car, "sorry we arent taking any orders right now. The customer said "what do you mean? Are you closed?". The mcdonaldsemployee then said "no, we just have alot of orders to make right now." The customer then said "can't I just wait? The mcdonaldsemployee then rudely yelled "I just told you we aren't taking any orders right now!" The customer then drove angrily away.Despite my attempts to speak to an employee at the speaker they never answered. After a minute or so I left so i wouldnt get inthe way of the packed to the street line behind me. I drove to a different mcdonald's (12th and kiwanis area) and had a verysimilar experience although i did get some food, it was old and i had to watch them fill online orders and stand around talkingfor even longer than before- around forty five minutes. Never ceases to amaze me how the workers never get frantic even whenthere's hundreds of hungry people knocking on their door and Five or ten employees standing around or walking around in groupsnot really doing anything. Definitely not the first time i've seen this behavior at mcdonald's in this town. the one at fortyfirst and minnesota is basically not functioning for the last few years. I went there first and their screen was flickering andthey weren't serving or answering customers despite their full staff. Of course they sitll contend that the inside is stillclosed to anyone but door dash and online orders. If there any owners reading this you need a consultant... Read more
