My first time trying it. Was pretty busy, but the service was quick. I had the French Onion soup and a Caesar salad along with... a Dr. Pepper. Onion soup was great, thick and rich with plenty of good flavor, however the croutons that were on it tastedstale and not appetizing. The Caesar salad dressing was tasty, but some of the lettuce was old, brown and slimy. The Dr.Pepper even tasted watered down. Not the best first impression of the place. Had the Greek Godess Chicken Salad which had great ingrediatns and tasted very good. The problem is I asked for extra dressing... so they gave me three containers but each had so little dressing in it all 3 didn't add up to even half of one full container. Altogether, I estimate I got 1/3 oz of dressing. Seriously, I would be embarrassed to serve that to someone. A twelve dollarsalad should include at least an ounce of dressing. I ordered a Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich but got mostly Kale! There was maybe a Tablespoon of the chicken salad on it. I... feel cheated, I didn't order vegan! Quit skimping Panera Bread! Read more
Terrible customer service. Eating lunch with a friend and we were standing near the counter to order and the guy says "let me... know when you want to order" He then goes over to the side and starts having a personal conversation with another coworker thatwe could hear along with the people behind us. Was I just supposed to yell over their conversation to tell him we're ready toorder now 2 minutes after he walked away? When our buzzer went off I brought it up to the counter to get our food and adifferent worker kind if snapped at me because I didn't know to put it in the basket. Food was decent, but I hadn't been to aPanera in quite some time and now I know why.. We have been to this location twice and will not go back. First of all, your customer service stinks! Not friendly and I had to... say good morning and wish them a good day. My husband's breakfast sandwich was very greasy. Did not eat it all. I wantedHazelnut coffee and it was gone so I advised the clerk. She said they were making more. I waited and came back, still no coffee.I advised her again. Waited and came back the third time, still no Hazelnut coffee!! I decided this is the last time we will goto Panera!! Bad cooking as lettuce was old and you could tell manager was inconvenienced just by her attitude and snobby attitude along with... the cook whom couldn't be bothered for a little butter for the burnt bread and served me and my husband maybe a half cup soupfor the 2for2 deal and my husband ordered a full sandwich which and old lettuce on it gross and so much more like the cashierstands there when they are clearly not busy and they all talk and listen to music instead of cleaning tables and so on. We have always liked going to Panera so when they opened this one up, we were happy to be able enjoy it. The dining area is open... and they also have a drive thru. There is an area to eat outside as well. The inside has been clean each time we go and the foodis always delivered in a timely manner. You can order online, at a kiosk inside, or at the counter with an employee. There is ascreen that let's you know if your order is being made or ready to go. They have a pick up location for to go orders. Thislocation has been great at being diverse with their employees. The employees have been nice and helpful. This is located in apretty busy area so getting in and out can be crowded and the surrounding roads are quite busy. Currently, masks are requiredinside the building. Read more
