They messed up our online customized pizza order. They didn't include our cookie dough w the order on the to go rack. I had to... return to the store to get it. Apparently when they are busy during rush times they don't pull the extras, it's up to thecustomer to get it from to cooler. I mentioned when I returned that my pizza order wasn't correct, items I requested be left offwere still on it, myconfirmation email showed it. I was told there must be a glitch between the online order and their printer.Then the employee went back to cleaning and I was dismissed. THIS is their outstanding customer service?? Read more

Nothing like walking in and being treated like an inconvenience. Loud music and rude staff. One employee was eating pepperoni?s... and then proceeded to make our food without changing gloves. Tossed our pizza on the counter and looked at us like we werewasting his time. Read more

Horrible. House was filled with smoke because of their faulty pan on their 5 cheese bread. Going to go in and show them. Pan... wasn't in our oven for even 5 minutes. Read more

Did an online order and showed up 30 min after it was supposed to be ready and they were still working on it. It's very pricey... for pizza you have to bake yourself, but can be convenient sometimes. Read more

I love Papa Murphy's Pizza. Even if you don't call ahead you don't have to wait long for your pizza to be made and it's fresh... right in front of you. I have never had a rude employee there or a bad experience there. Don't hesitate to try their Pizza, isone of my favorites Read more
