Food was great but the service was Awful. Waited 5 minutes to get someone to come to the window, and when he did he came around... the corner ignored me and when I knocked on the window, he threw his phone at his desk and was cursing all the way to thewindow. Delivery took over 2 hours. Ordered online and had specific directions and accurate address included that shows up on all maps.... I missed a call from a number I didn?t recognize so I callled back and it was a young guy who clearly is lacking a few braincells because once I let him know I missed a call from this number and ordered a pizza online two hours ago that never showedup he said ?hmm ya idk? then silent. So I asked ?Ok well could have been the delivery driver?? And he said ?idk, maybe.? silentagain?? At this point I thought I was being punked ???? so I said ?well then now what?? And he goes ?he isn?t here so should becoming soon? then I asked if he maybe got lost and If there?s a way to contact him and the guy on the phone says ?no he doesn?thave a phone? and then silence again!!!???? honestly at that point I was exhausted from carrying the conversation and said ?okwell thanks? went to hang up and heard him say ya no problem and hang up. ???? Luckily about 10 minutes later the deliverydriver was at the door and he was such a nice older guy ???? I left a 7$ tip online but once I saw and met him I felt so bad Ididn?t have more money to give him. Your delivery driver should have at least cell phone to get ahold of for directions. I would do zero if possible it just took 3 hours and then the driver drove in circles saying he can't see at night this is my... 4th straight problem. My kids like chicken and noodles so I have no choice but to continue feeding them my money but it's theworst service I've had at all positions. Absolutely the worst experience. Showed up on time for our food. Sat inside for 45 minutes while they "kept getting our order... ready" im angry. I'm hungry. I just wanted my food. I could have drove to the other pizza hut and ordered in person got itfaster. Beyond unprofessional. I lost my temper and chewed them out and left. Without getting my food I paid for. Wasn't worthwaiting any longer. How much time must I waste over a $20 meal. Honestly just close this place down. Awful. Read more
Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered online and waited an hour and 15 minutes minutes before I called the store. I was... informed that my order had already left the store. 45 minutes later I called and asked to speak to the supervisor. She inform methere was nothing they could do. There was only one driver and he had taken 4 other orders with him. He had already been told togive us a discount but she was unsure how much. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she informed me that that the 1st personI talked to, who told me it left the store an hour ago, that it "definitely didn't leave that long ago". So all I could do wasrefuse it at the door if it showed up, which it never did, and wait 3 days for a refund. This happened 3 years ago also, so wequit ordering them. A few weeks ago I had family in town, it was a Saturday night and we figured we would order pizza - the website said the approx... time for delivery would be 45 mins to an hour. Hour and a half later, still no pizza. I call and the guy was very nonchalant,and unapologetic and just said "well we are busy but yours will be there soon" eventually after 2 hours it finally came. Icontact Customer Service and received a coupon code for a "FREE" pizza. Just used the coupon code and was charged $1 for thepizza, fine, whatever. Says it would be here by 5. Call at 5:40 she tells me they only have ONE delivery driver and that ours isup next but that it's done. Cool...so now it's just sitting there getting cold. Will not order from again. Don?t waste your time with this place. My bf ordered two pizzas with light cheese and lots of sauce. When we got the pizza it... was so dry like they almost put no sauce on it with extra cheese. I Called to order a new one and wanted them to deliver itsince it was a 30 minute round trip for us and since they couldn?t follow simple instructions they should have delivered it.Since it was originally pick up and not delivery they told us they couldn?t deliver it. It took us an hour and a half dickinaround to go back and get new pizzas???? while we were sitting there we saw their delivery van drive by. So annoying and it?sconsistent every time we go here.
