There was an issue with the Supreme pizza. It can on thin crust. It was ordered online, a wrong button much have been it. I take... responsibility for the error. When I called the store explained what happened the women snapped at me and said if I was nice shewould give me a pizza. I asked for a manager. She said she was the manager. I asked for corporates phone number and her name.She refused to tell me. She hung up on me I called back and she left me on hold. Would not answer. My husband and I own severalbusiness. We had decided to have pizza hut cater for us. I was planning on calling the store today to see if next Friday wecould arrange to have pizza delivered for the Christmas party. This Pizza Hut was the worst yet. We travel for work, so we get Pizza Hut often. This location had all of the pizzas wrong. The... 2 bbq ones had onions(I am allergic) with little sauce. I would suggest that the employees keep their comments to themselves instead of talking badly about a customer just 10 ft away... and loud enough for me to hear. I felt very disrespected especially after I initially opted in for curbside pickup and left atip and noticed they were busy so I choice to go inside only to be disrespected in front of my face without it being directedtowards me specifically. The food was delicious as usual, but the employees need some better guidance. Read more
The pizza and breadsticks were cold when they got here. Our delivery driver had a hard time locating our apartment building.... Although he did have the good sense to call me for assistance! Employees at this Pizza Hut are always pleasant and courteous! Read more
Ordered wings did not arrive called store said they were delivered. They had to wait for the driver to return to verify. I said... I wanted a new order set out. Had to get with the GM on hold for 27 minutes. Called back for GM kid answered said this hashappened before at my address. Told him he was gonna get it, said my address is now on the do mot deliver list. Threaten to callthe police. Need I say more. We are usually pleased with the service, but this order missed the mark for us. We found a dead spider on top of one of our... pizza?s - so that was hard to move past. The store manager made it right by voiding the order, but the stuffed crust was alittle hard and flaky, and the pasta had some crusty pieces. Read more
The food is decent at this Pizza Hut, but the customer service is poor. The woman behind that counter looked rude and acted low... class. After picking up my carry out order she did not smile, offer napkins/condiments, or even say thank you. This storeneeds a lesson in manners and customer service. I'm not returning here again.
