The 41st street and Brandon, SD locations are much better. I am positive I got food poisoning after eating here Thursday night.... Yesterday I felt awful and could barely function. The food was mediocre in my opinion. I should have just had the salad bar. The"ranch hands" that clean up the tables are attentive and quick though. I wish they'd cook with different oils. Whatever they useto cook with there tears up my stomach every time but only at E 10th. No other restaurant I go to when I visit sioux falls hasthis impact on me. Read more
Went for lunch right when the buffet opened. The food was awesome Chelsie the waiter was very nice. I would recommend this 10th... street location. All staff very energetic and were enjoying their work. Read more
Called to order delivery at 11:01 and was told that it would be 45 min and it showed up at 12:19pm almost double the time... advised. Was told that the delivery driver waited for another delivery in my area and then delivered them first. Never orderingfrom them again. Good selection of American classics like fried chicken, salad bar, and pizza but during the slower days food seems to sit out... for a very long time without replacement. For example the biscuits were rock solid on the last visit. Workers leave tables totalk and only come by to clear plates every 15-20min. Arcade area doesn't usually have a counter worker and hunting one down canbe difficult for those interested in playing some of the games. Overall plenty of options but workers are a bit sparse and fooddoesn't seem to be well kept even for a buffet. Read more

D+ service dog experience. Instead of ignoring my service dog a group of employees that were standing around when we entered... turned to state and talk amongst each each other about us. Dirty floors from food which is a huge yuck factor because my SD hasto lay in it. No ice cream cups at the back machine so flag down an employee. She goes to the front to get more cups and nevercomes back. After waiting and waiting walked to the front to get cups ourselves. Lo and behold there stands the employee withcups in her hands talking to other employees. This is the same employee that didn't bother picking up dirty plates at our (seephoto) and others tables until after the people left. The food was good as it usually is at Pizza Ranches.
