Currently they have a sign warning that they are understaffed and wait time may be longer than normal. I appreciated the... transparency. Our server was doing her absolute best with managing the bar and all the tables in the bar area, this earned herthose 5 stars and a large tip. The food was hot & cooked perfectly, 5 stars to them as well. The dining area needs to bedusted!! As we were eating, I could see dust particles floating down from the lamp, landing on the table and probably in ourfood. The rest of the dining area looks clean, but the management needs to look up occasionally and assess the cleanliness ofthe whole area, not just tables and floors. Hence, the 3 stars. Read more
My wife's favorite place but today was hectic. Server was pleasant. Didn't have the dining experience we usually do. Not busy at... all. 120 bucks later & the ???? tasted funky. Note to self: Next time do not order Ultimate feast. ???? Read more
This restaurant needs a lot of help. female bartender Has the personality of a cardboard Box Also very nasty. The hostess can't... keep up Might want to retrain her on how to text people. My waiter was good nice guy. Appetizer and salad came on time And thenit took so long to get your meal (40 minutes) that your stomach registers you're no longer hungry. Will NEVER GO THEREAGAIN!!!!! Wait was long but service was great once we sat down. Food was great!
Rather expensive for the amount of food you get. My son got a steak and he seemed to be the one who ended up with plenty of... food. At the end, I went to pay our bill and the kiosk showed someone else's bill. I've been here before and I don't recall notenjoying it but this go found was rather disappointing. The taste was fine I suppose but the quantity was lacking. I justremembered there being more to a meal in the past. Read more
Went out there for my birthday with my family. Food was alright, thought it would have been much better experience to dine in,... rather then take out. It took little long, but there was only 1 server for a few tables. We had Seafood Summerfest- GrilledLobster, Shrimp and Salmon. Lobster tails were very small. Brussel sprouts little over cooked, but overall it was still allgood. Read more
The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and was able to make recommendations for us. The price was on the... high side for the quality of the food. I wasn't very impressed with what I ordered (fish, popcorn shrimp, and regular shrimp)the fish was boring and the popcorn shrimp were the equivalent of Walmart deli. The overall atmosphere felt dated. I wouldn'trecommend eating here unless you're going with the group and maybe can order a platter. Olive garden remains our SF favorite. Read more
don't go for the unlimited shrimp unless you want a nap between refills while trying to keep your baby busy, worst experience... there ever, i am not one to complain till now. the waitress was awsome with what she had to work with, it wasn't her fault.15minutes between each refill and don't dare ask for bisquits, this is sad to say as long time red lobster lover.
