Need to check cups before handing them over in drive thru. I just had car detailed now I have coffee all over my car this is the... third time this month I?ve been handed a cup knowingly messy. I have opened a FTC complain against scooters for false advertisement. Their drinks are not as advertised. Anyone else noticed... that the large is not filled all the way? It fits into a medium. So really your paying the price of a large drink for amedium. It?s tacky that Scooter?s is having their employees ask for tips now. I?ve been a server before and I would never putmy customers in that position. I feel Less likely to leave the tip now. Read more
Stopped by at 6 do homework and waited for the crew working in the back for 15 minutes to come out and take my order. Not the... best service I have received and in fact probably the worse. There was no awareness by the staff today. Read more

The employees are friendly and their cups are cute, but the coffee was a disappointment as it was lukewarm and tasted old.
I would give zero starts if I could, worse customer experience time and time again. If you don't want to be present for your job... and care about your customer then food service is not the type of job for you. Slow down, be present to the guest in-front ofyou, and get their order correct... Three main marks that this Scooters misses. I recommend the Starbucks next door. Read more
