Came 2 hours before close at 7pm 8/30/21, and the barrista said she can?t make any frappuccino?s because she already cleaned the... machines they used to make them. I?d understand if it were close to closing time but 2 hours beforehand just because she didn?twant to clean them again or wait until a time closer to closing, is poor service. Read more

Lady at the counter was super nice! However the man handing the coffee out rudely threw the straw.
We stopped in on 12/17/17 at 7:00 pm and sat at the counter for a good 5 mins before someone burst out the side door to help us.... No apology for making us wait she continues to help us in the most short and rude way possible. She wast wearing a name tag oranything or i would give her name as well.
