Simply to say that the salad we got here on 6100? SOUTH Minnesota Avenue in Sioux Falls was EXCELLENT and MADE RIGHT by an... employee of "mature" age. (age 30-40.) She was generous with lettuce, cheese, spinach and olives and my friend who ate it wassatisfied. (We had a less fortunate experience at the South Minnesota location near downtown, where the salad was small, skimpyand not made well by a timid young "kid" employee several weeks ago.) Tucker was awesome. Positive energy. He made a few toppings suggestions that improved an item I regularly order. It changed the... entire flavor experience.
